A short list for a planned stay on the ward.

Bring your hospital card, a form of ID, and your HMO or NHIA card if you have one.

Pack two changes of clothes, a wrapper or blanket, slippers, a cup, a plate and a spoon. Bring the medicines you take at home in their packets, so the nurse can see them.

One relative may stay with you at night.
